Cambridge Crown and Trim is seeking a Full-Time Customer-Oriented Sales Associate/Receptionist to join our fast-growing retail business. 

We seek to exceed our customers' expectations so you must excel at customer service

You will be available to work 5 days per week including Saturdays, our busiest day.  

A knowledge of Crown and Trim products and the Contractor Trade Industry is a definite asset. 

In your role you will 

Receive calls and assist customers with any and all of their Trim selections and purchases. 

Quote, invoice and process payments for customers in a quick and efficient manner

Provide outstanding customer service and assistance

Have a polite phone manner and ability to multi-task and meet scheduling deadlines for customers

Maintain inventory levels and order products and stock as necessary

Have computer knowledge and ability and be able to learn our system and procedures 

Administrate office procedures and coordinate with delivery teams
